BioAbout me: I am a male. I live in Texas, though I am far from a native. I like to watch movies, listen to music, and occasionally read a book, which makes me about the same as everyone else on the planet. I dream of travel to far away places. I sometimes wonder if we have been desensitized by movies and television and novels, so that we can never truly experience anything real, because life will never be as perfect or romantic or tragic as fiction.
About this Journal: I like to think that all my entries have a point. Sometimes they're introspective. Sometimes they're theories. Sometimes it's an attempt to share a point of view. But most of the time the only point is to entertain...to relate something in an amusing way. So you won't find many posts about how I spent my day or the drama with my co-worker at the job. And I certainly won't talk about myself in very obvious ways. If you want to know me, you'll have to read between the lines.
I tend to respond to most comments. Sometimes too many time. I tend to speak my mind, regardless of what other people think. I'm not especially great about commenting on the journals of everyone on my friend list, so if you're the type that will eventually be offended and think I'm being rude or not taking an interest in you, then you probably shouldn't friend me, thus saving yourself the time of having to drop me at a later date....
